Electric Guitar

Although Vic studied the classical guitar at Birmingham Conservatoire, it was the electric guitar he first played; starting in 1989. He played lead guitar in a Rock band at school in 1991. Later at the age of 17 Vic played lead guitar in a 4-piece cover band with fellow musicians who were more than twice his age. In 1995 he joined his final band and stayed with them for 3 years. They gigged regularly and played a mixture of rock, indie and 60ís covers along with their own material. Subsequently Vic played with various musicians and to this day still plays electric guitar regularly. He also plays shows and musicals and has performed in various theatres around the midlands. His influences are Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Adrian Smith and Joe Bonamassa.
